Online purchases Umbrella Extravaganza currently offers delivery nationwide to any residential or business address any address outside of South Africa must contact Umbrella extravaganza on the above given contact details all the delivery’s outside south Africa are subject to different country rates and custom duty’s customer to inquire on their country customs and duty’s and revenue services office

Our Standard delivery is 2-5 working days at the minimum nationwide to any residential or business address in South Africa. If we experience delays that are outside of our control, deliveries may take longer than the stipulated time however, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver timeously.

Please note that the delivery times take effect the business day after your order is placed.

Delivery fee

The Delivery fee will be based on the wait of the purchase with the minimum weight bracket 2kgs R100 all inclusive, you get charged for the first 2kgs R100 all inclusive and then per kg thereafter. Your delivery fee will be calculated and added applied at Checkout before you confirm your order.

Free Delivery

Currently Umbrella Extravaganza does not offer free delivery on its online purchases but we are currently working on the suitable way that will grant us an opportunity to offer free delivery for a ceratain purchase bracket

Receiving your delivery

Please arrange that the is a person available at the delivery address on the day of delivery ether you or your authorized representative to accept your purchases and the appropriate access on the delivery address will be made available On delivery, we will require you or your authorized representative to sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt. Any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf.

We have outsourced all deliveries and accordingly, we cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the courier.

Should no-one be available at the delivery address specified by you at the time of delivery, the driver will return the products. The courier company will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for redelivery. Should no-one still be available we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required under these circumstances. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.
